Sanding using the Bona  System is one way to do the job right, and we at A & R Wood Floors choose this method to satisfy our consumers.

A & R Wood Floors takes advantage of multiple pieces of sanding equipment on each and every job. The majority of the floor is sanded with a 220 volt drum or belt sander.  The perimeters are done with an edger that is designed to sand right to the edge of existing trim. A & R Wood Floors also has an edger that has extended reaches for sanding under radiant heaters and toe kicks under cabinets. The final sanding is done with a disc sander. All of these machines use various grit sand papers to achieve the smoothest finish possible .

Bona's Portable DCS is the most advanced dust containment system available. By combining a Bona exclusive two step cyclonic intake system with a hospital-grade HEPA filter, the Portable DCS delivers the dust containment results customers demand. The Portable DCS uses a Longopac system (continuous bag), to collect the dust. This system eliminates the need to expose the collected dust to the job site when emptying the bag.

Our newest feature is the Bona Atomic Dust Containment System.

The Bona Portable DCS is GREENGUARD certified for indoor air quality and is part of the Bona Environmental Choice System.
